Normal operation mode
The power supply principle of Shante Uninterruptible Power Supply System is that when the municipal power is normal, UPS power supply will convert the AC power of the municipal power into DC power, and then charge Shante battery for use in case of power interruption. It is emphasized here that the uninterruptible power supply system will not operate only when the power is cut off, such as when the municipal voltage is too low or too high, instantaneous surge, etc., which is enough to affect the normal operation of the equipment. In the power environment, Shante UPS system will operate to provide stable and clean power for the equipment. When the municipal power supply is normal, the municipal power is divided into two circuits after filtering circuit, one is charging the batteries through charging circuit, the other is charging the batteries through rectifying circuit, as the input of the inverters, and then providing power to the load through the conversion of the inverters; thus, the output of the on-line continuous power system is completely supplied by the inverters, regardless of the municipal power supply. The output of power quality is stable without any influence.
The working mode of Shante battery
Once the city electricity is abnormal, the direct current stored in Shante battery is converted to alternating current. At this time, the input of the inverters is supplied by the battery pack. The inverters continue to provide power, and the supply load continues to use, so as to achieve the function of continuous electricity. The power source of Shante UPS UPS is batteries, and the capacity of batteries is limited, so the power supply system will not be unrestricted like the city power supply. Therefore, no matter how large the capacity of the power supply system is, its power supply time must be limited under its full load condition. To prolong the discharge time, it is necessary to purchase a long-term power supply system.
bypass mode of UPS operation
When on-line Shante UPS is overloaded, bypass commands (manual or automatic), inverters are overheated or machine failures, Shante power supply generally converts the inverters output to bypass output, that is, direct power supply from municipal power. Because the output frequency and phase of UPS must be the same as the city power frequency in bypass, phase-locked synchronization technology is adopted to ensure that the output of Shante UPS power supply is synchronized with the city power. Bypass switch bi-directional thyristor parallel operation mode solves the problem of bypass switching time, truly achieves uninterrupted switching, control circuit is complex, generally used in high-power Shante UPS. If the overload occurs, the load must be artificially reduced, otherwise the bypass short circuit will automatically cut off the output.
Bypass Maintenance

When Shante UPS power supply is repaired, the normal power supply of the load equipment is guaranteed by manual bypass. When the maintenance operation is completed, the UPS power supply is restarted and Shante UPS is turned into normal operation. Very low maintenance rate, MTTR 150,000 hours, greatly improving UPS uninterruptible power supply availability.
