Influence of zero earth voltage on UPS/ |
Time:2018-10-10 Source: Views:2593 |
The zero voltage requirement of Santak UPS power supply is less than 1V. The effect of zero ground voltage on the Suntech UPS itself and on the back-end load is uncertain, and the question is simply the relationship between the protective ground, the digital ground and the power ground. To understand this problem, it is necessary to understand the overall wiring of the data room and the knowledge of power transmission and distribution.
1. From the transmission point of view, the generator source and the AC long-distance high-voltage transmission are three-phase three-phase lines, there is no concept of zero line.
2, from the point of distribution, plus zero line is because most commercial and civilian equipment are single-phase. The schematic diagram of distribution is as follows: zero line and ground wire are connected to the transformer shell to bury the earth.
The purpose of distribution is to balance the three-phase electric load. The original intention of zero line is no current, and PE line is to protect users from electric shock.
3. For the high-power high-frequency transformerless Shante UPS power supply used in the data room, the zero line and the control ground are common. The schematic diagram is as follows:
4, OK, now we see the problem. First of all, from the point of view of safety, zero line can not have voltage; secondly, from the point of view of distribution, zero line voltage shows three-phase load imbalance, distribution is not in place. If it is not the reason for the wiring, but the UPS caused, indicating that the UPS itself problems; again, from the point of view of the Shante UPS power control system, if there is voltage between zero ground (load changes will cause fluctuations), equivalent to the control ground is floating, which will not only cause serious EMC problems, but also directly affect the logic. The level of judgment, especially UPS, and the opportunity to cause serious failures.
5. There must always be a notion that the N-line and the earth-line are buried together at the source end and are actually zero potentials. If the control ground also expects zero potentials, then the three are physically integrated.
